By engaging in chat conversations with suppliers or other users within the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Ranka Exports does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any information provided by suppliers or other users through chat.
2. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the information provided by suppliers or other users, as well as the quality, safety, and legality of any products or services offered.
3. Any agreements, transactions, or interactions initiated or conducted through chat are solely between you and the supplier or other user involved. we are not a party to any such agreements or transactions and shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from or related to these interactions.
4. You agree to use the chat functionality responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or abuse of the chat feature may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
